Thursday 6th May 12:30pm: with Sally

Monday 10th May 6.30pm: Creative Soul Movement with Angela

A movement class to music to tune you into your body and invite a sense of play.

Thursday 13th May 12:30pm: Sound Bath with Charlie

An opportunity to find self compassion, self empathy, build boundaries, strengthen your heart connection, release stagnation, and ease discomfort.

Charlie uses her voice and various instruments such as gong, tuning forks, ocean drum and singing bowls. She will help you soften into your body with gentle breathing and body relaxation techniques.

Thursday 20th May: Restorative Yoga with Yvonne

Yvonne's Hatha Yoga teaching is mindful, grounded and alignment focused, encouraging a conscious breath during classes to keep connected to self.

Passionate about Restorative Yoga and the benefits it can have on our bodies; the practice allows the nervous system to shift from “fight or flight” into a relaxation response (Sympathetic to Parasympathetic nervous system).

Monday 24th May: Yoga with Nadia Khalaf

In her teaching practice, Nadia unites embodied movement punctuated with moments of space so her students can discover the inherent mystery and magic available in each pose.

Her interest in philosophy and love for embodied experience come together in her teaching practice but what really led Nadia to the teaching path was a desire to be of service. She is passionate about holding others as they rise to their awakening, whatever form that may take.

Thursday 27th May: Breathwork workshop with Nora

The breathwork technique (pranayama) we'll do in this session is a powerful active meditation technique, extremely effective for connecting to your emotions, tapping into your creativity, cultivating intuition and feeling into the heart.

This technique can also be used to safely release buried emotional energy and build a connection to the self, bringing clarity of mind and connecting you to your body. In this workshop, we will do a bit of writing, an initial pranayama (breathing exercise) and then we will lie down and get into the active breath. No previous breathwork experience necessary!

Daniel has over 20 years of massage experience. He is a skilled and intuitive bodyworker. In this online session he'll share tips to help you create more freedom and joy in your body
