WELLBEING FEST

5th May- 7th June

14 sessions

In my absence whilst I am doing some travelling, I'm using my teaching slots to showcase some different teachers, practitioners, friends who I feel you'll love.

This is an opportunity for you to deepen your practise of taking care of yourself and to experience more presence, love and joy in your body. It's also an opportunity to try different wellness practises that you might not have tried before.

 

Classes include: 

A weekly pre-recorded hour long class (guided by Ava)

Creative Movement Classes

Restorative Yoga

Healing Sound Bath

Breathwork Workshops

Self massage workshop

 

 

A 6 week programme

This is going to be really fun. I'm excited about it. Experience the five elements (Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Space) and how they are a part of you and everything around you. We'll be using movement, visualisation and music to experience the elemental fabric of life.
